- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into memberships
- Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations to understand each client's goals
- Follow up consistently with prospective members through phone calls, texts, and email
- Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, long-term members
- Educate clients on memberships, promotions, retail products, and studio offerings
- Support member retention by building lasting relationships
- Accurately process memberships, retail purchases, and payments
- Maintain accurate client information using ClubReady
- Assist with community events, grassroots marketing, and studio promotions
- Capture photos and videos for social media content
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Attend required trainings and team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
